It will be that love the one which will allow future teachers to improve not only their techniques but also their pedagogical approaches. 

It can not be denied that a new educational era has arose,therefore teachers must explore and implement new resources. This journey is not an easy one but, when it is travelled with love and motivation it will surely lead English teachers to success.
